Shipping & Handling
All of our jewelry is made to order. Below are the estimated time frames. Peak seasons will increase production time. Bulk shipping pieces may increase production time.
Standard Shipping (USA): Since our jewelry is made to order, please expect 7-10 manufacturing business days from date of purchase for your order to ship. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Peak holiday times during the months of November, December, January, April and May WILL increase manufacturing times.
Upgraded Shipping (USA): This includes UPS 2 Day, 3 Day and 1 Day shipping via table rate. Choosing an upgraded shipping method does NOT rush the manufacturing of your order. If you are interested in Rushing your order, please contact us email@example.com. Rush may not be available during peak season and pricing may fluctuate. Peak holiday times during the months of November, December, January, April and May WILL increase manufacturing times.
International Orders: We have partnered with third party Global Shopex to bring you lower shipping costs. We ship standard shipping to Global Shopex. They will receive the order in 2-3 weeks at their hub and then they will ship it to you in the time frame they have posted when you placed the order. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the order is shipped from our facility to their hub. During the Christmas season, International orders have a 12/1 cutoff, Valentine's Day 1/12, and for Mother's Day Season an 4/15 cutoff.
Bulk shipping is available for if you are ordering more than one piece in your cart. Because all of our pieces are made to order, some of them may make it through production quicker and some may get ready to ship and fail QC. Because of this it is always best for our wholesalers to place multiple orders instead of bulk shipping all of their orders into one. We are not talking about two pieces in one order but for 3 or more pieces, yes, placing 3 separate orders is better. It will take longer for multi-piece orders to ship especially if there is a QC issue. We reserve the right to turn off bulk shipping especially during peak seasons so customer orders are not sitting waiting on other pieces.
Repairs or Refurbishing
If you need a repair or refurbishing please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to shipping your items to us so we can provide a quote for the service if applicable. Any unauthorized return will incur a charge of $10. You mush ship them in a trackable and insured package and include your order number, authorized return number, updated mailing address and contact information. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. Shipping failures are unfortunate and are not reflective of the dedication we have to our customers. If you would like for us to create a label for you, we can for a charge of $9.95.
We are a very small business, we try our very best to ship your orders right away all year long however increase of orders increases lead time and this mostly occurs during peak holiday seasons. During and after Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day shipping time frames may be longer. If your order misses the cutoff date for Christmas, we may not work on your order until after the new year as we dedicate our production time to orders placed for Christmas Day. Please note if Christmas Day and New Years Day fall on a weekend these are observed by our staff the next business day and production will resume the following business day AFTER the observed holiday. We thank you in advance for your patience.
Some items may not be available during peak season such as Repairs & Refurbishing. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PIECES TO US DURING PEAK TIMES AS THEY ARE LIKELY TO GET LOST. We are not be responsible for returned packages sent to us during peak times.
Cutoffs are posted on our social media, home page, checkout page, and cart page for domestic shipping. International orders must have caution when placing as it may not ship in time for holiday. We reserve the right to change and update cutoff dates. Our dates may change when a product is out of stock or we reach capacity. We do increase staffing during holiday times however, please understand there are only so many orders we can produce.
