- Sales tax is collected for shipments made to Illinois.
- All personalized jewelry products are custom made-to-order items and take 7-10 business days from the day you order before 5PM CST to ship. Please allow an extra week for multi-diamond product i.e. monograms. Once completed, your item will be shipped according to your selected shipping method.
